To keep our products accessible and reduce unnecessary waste, many items are shipped directly from our trusted global fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer thoughtfully designed stationery and desk essentials with efficient and reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee
All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment.

1–3 business days
Shipping Fee:
$5.99 flat rate (worldwide)
Please Note:
During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
United States:
8–15 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia:
11–16 business days
Rest of World:
13–18 business days

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If tracking does not immediately show movement, your package is still on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments may be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means:
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Dizignwork is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
In most cases, products do not incur significant fees, but this depends on your country’s regulations.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged Items
- Please email clear photos of the item within 72 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dizignwork is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package cannot be found:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
We will provide tracking details to assist you, but refunds cannot be issued for confirmed delivered orders.
